Influencer Model

“If you bundle the right number and type of influences into a robust influence strategy, you can change virtually anything.” -Patterson et al.

The influencer change model, a potent approach that focuses on changing behaviors to achieve measurable results, is the anchor of my Innovation Proposal. It utilizes the principles of motivation and ability across three dimensions of influence—personal, social, and structural—to create six sources of influence. These six sources are instrumental in our drive to achieve significant and tangible results in organizational change.
