Learning Networks

“The PLN consists of relationships between individuals where the goal is enhancing mutual learning. The currency of the PLN is learning through feedback, insights, documentation, new contacts, or new business opportunities. I am grateful for being part of the Kindergarten team and my school's learning network. Those teachers with more experience, in particular, have served as my mentors. Their expertise and life experiences have guided me to improve my teaching approach.
